Although there aren’t any restaurants directly associated with the property we really appreciated how close and easily accessible the restaurants at the Ritz Carlton were. « The location cannot be beat. It’s as secluded and serene as possible while still being so convenient to the ocean and pool. Comfy bed, great AC, quiet area, convenient parking, massive soaking tub, super clean. What more could you want? The north shore is superior to any other parts of the island. You won’t be disappointed staying here. Hope to be back soon! »

« Soggiorno pessimo, all’arrivo il bagno era otturato, impossibile da utilizzare ( dopo 27h di aereo , l’ospite avrebbe piacere di avere un bagno funzionante ) L’host propone di sturare il bagno in autonomia con una ventosa ( alle 22h di sera ) e successivamente di cambiare appartamento, dopo 1h di discussione. Il secondo appartamento non era pronto, sporco , abbiamo dovuto perdere ancora 1 ora per fare le pulizie … Per finire, l’indomani l’host ci accusa verso Expedia , di aver otturato noi il...

« This property was off the beaten path of a small town that has very little to offer for travelers and we were told by locals the town was unsafe. This property had great people working at the security gate. Check in was difficult and not in line with the information given to us by the host. We were told to go to the office between 9-5 to get a parking permit but security indicated a paperwork authorization was not yet received by the host. Our check in was at 4 so we had to come back and wait...

« To begin with, we had no idea how to get into our condo. Apparatently, we were supposed to be notified one week prior. Therefore, I had to call the company in order to get the information as there is no front desk. The view is amazing. The property s clean. You have to pay to wash your towels. The shower curtain rod needs to be replaced. It fell multiple times throghout our stay. »
