« DO NOT STAY HERE. Was not within walking distance to Turtle bay. Located at sunset beach. Host did not send new address until 30 minutes until before check in so you can't cancel. Space was not deep cleaned- 2 bugs in the shower, smelt like mildew. AC did not cool off room effectively as host requests you turn off AC when you leave. Laundry is outside on patio area, but it was messy left with hosts stuff. When we brought up these issues to the host, she told us she had been through this before...

« Overall, we were very happy with the place. It was close to the beach and felt very private. It was just as described. I think one of the most important positives for us is that we had 6 adults using the two showers and washing clothes all during the same few hours and we never ran out of hot water. So that was a huge plus for us. The house was very big and we all felt like we had plenty of space. There were some cleaning issues that I think they must have just missed on the day we checked in....

« Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. « This was a wonderful condo! It looks exactly as the photos depict. It was very clean. The kitchen was reasonably well outfitted for such a small kitchen. Coffee (Nespresso) salt and pepper were the only pantry items provided. Communication was fabulous! The entry code did not work when we arrived. We texted the host/manager and received a response in less than 5 minutes. We would definitely stay again. Mahalo! »

« This property was off the beaten path of a small town that has very little to offer for travelers and we were told by locals the town was unsafe. This property had great people working at the security gate. Check in was difficult and not in line with the information given to us by the host. We were told to go to the office between 9-5 to get a parking permit but security indicated a paperwork authorization was not yet received by the host. Our check in was at 4 so we had to come back and wait...
