Vind je ideale hotel in Ko‘olauloa District

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'The breakfast vouchers that were included with my stay included a full breakfast every morning at the Monkeypod restaurant, which was a nice perk. The pool was very crowded with lots of kids and the elevators were often full and had to wait sometimes for one that was not already packed.'

'I loved our stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise. The staff were so helpful and informative. Our room was clean and they made our bed daily and gave us fresh towels daily. Housekeeping was so kind and helpful as well. They also helped us on our last day when we needed someplace to change and clean up before our late flight and after their hours of room check out. '

Naar mijn mening is het hotel amper 3 sterren waard. 4 liften beschikbaar voor alle kamers, waardoor de wachttijd zeer lang is, schimmel in de kamer op de plafonds, badkamer veel te klein, feest tijdens ons verblijf van de U.S. Navy, hierdoor veel overlast van dronken gasten die voor de uitgang alles onder spuugde en constant aan het roken waren op de balkons en aan het schreeuwen waren vanaf de balkons. Bij uitcheck wordt er door het personeel niet eens...
