'Smelt strongly of damp on entering communal corridor. Flat seemed ok but lots of road noise due to front window not sealing when closed. Was better when i went outside and pushed it closer. Swivel chair bases rusted badly. Sweeping brush was digusting and covered in muck and fluff before we used it. Bathroom radiator rusty, squeegies were covered in black mold. Extractor fan not working. Wardrobe had little space as full of boxes ironing board and clutter. '

'The location is excellent for access to the city center. Parking is limited. The fold away bed was not comfortable and we had to purchase a foam pad to make it sleepable. The bedroom closet door was in need of repair. We would recommend to friends.'

'The apartment is well appointed and Penny, the owner, very helpful. It has one of the best views in the building with two balconies facing the estuary and coast. The location is excellent with two hotel restaurants, a spa, coffee shop, and a short ferry ride to Salcombe nearby. A National Trust property begins next door offering plentiful footpaths along the coast or fields of wildflowers. '

'My parents were staying here and we had absolutely no problem getting them checked in. They were very helpful to make sure everything was in order. It's clean and exactly as expected. You can easily walk to the waterfront and the shops.'
