'Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. 'Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.'

'Smelt strongly of damp on entering communal corridor. Flat seemed ok but lots of road noise due to front window not sealing when closed. Was better when i went outside and pushed it closer. Swivel chair bases rusted badly. Sweeping brush was digusting and covered in muck and fluff before we used it. Bathroom radiator rusty, squeegies were covered in black mold. Extractor fan not working. Wardrobe had little space as full of boxes ironing board and clutter. '

'We had a lovely stay at the Sea Rock apartment. Communication with Loretta was smooth, and check-in was easy. The apartment is located on the top floor, which offers a stunning view, but the downside is that you have to climb quite a few stairs. That wasn’t a problem for us.We did find the apartment a bit cramped for four people, especially in the kitchen. This might be improved slightly by swapping the cabinet and the table. 'We had a good time in Dawlish. The flat is spacious and clean. It is near the towncenter, beach and public transport. Communication with the host was quick and friendly. He made a lot of effort to solve a small problem.'

'Lovely big apartment with great views. Very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable. Only comment would be that if more people were staying a few more chairs on the balcony may be needed. Otherwise no complaints at all.'

'Everything was fine overall, great apartment, great location, friendly housekeeper. However, before travel look after a message requesting a deposit, we noticed that the Hotels.com app indicated the deposit and taxes were included, which turned out not to be the case. As a result, I had to make the payment through a separate website. We left the apartment clean and tidy, and the deposit was refunded within a few days.'

'Property was spacious and nicely decorated but unfortunately not the cleanest or well soundproofed with flats above and below. The views made up for it but various Crockery and saucepans had to be cleaned before use, rooms were a bit dated with paint chipping off walls in the bathroom and the brambles on the driveway and path leading up-to the property could also do with cutting back. Having said that great location for visiting the beaches and could never tire of the view it gives you.'

'We've just returned from a 9 day stay in this property in Westward Ho! The property is exactly as described, and very accurate to the images - in fact we found the views even better in real life than the photos here. The flat was very well equipped and is in an excellent location with the beach, pubs, bars and shops all a few minutes away. Communication with the owner was straightforward and effective, and access instructions very clear.Overall very highly recommended.'

'A great location. Co-op on the corner. Directly opposite the National Express/Flixbus bus stop. The Exeter bus station is less than a 5 minute walk. Vue Cinema about a 90 second walk from the rear entrance. The room is sufficient, but basic. Plenty of storage- short on coat hangers, but two large pull out drawers and a storage surface above them.
