'The host was welcoming and especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly. We assumed there would be a means to cook meals besides a microwave and a hot plate. The Keurig didn’t work. Upon stripping the bed before leaving, discovered there was no mattress pad. Liquid soap dispenser in bathroom had been diluted with water. We bought Soft Soap the next day and left it for the next guest. May we suggest providing individual soaps for the shower? Didn’t expect to have to pack our soap to use...

It was equipped with more than enough to cook, eat, clean without having to buy anything else besides the actual food to cook. Heat and hot water was available, worked wonders, and lasts to keep us warm this brutal winter! '
