« Super clean and super cute. Only 15 minutes from Dreams Park and about 15 minutes from town which made for a very private and quiet stay. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would stay there again! »

« The property was nice n clean. But check in was difficult. We were in t property around 4:30pm on a hurry to check in n change for a wedding, but it came out we couldn’t get in , cause t host forgot we r coming n didn’t prepare t place. Other than that problem it was quite good n well maintained place. »

« The space was just what we needed for my husband and I. The space would be small for more than two people. The table was awkward to access and only had the one bench, no chairs for the opposite side. We only slept there because we were busy with our grandson's baseball tournament. It was so quiet and peaceful. We did not cook at all or have time to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area, although we did enjoy watching the family of turkeys in the morning. « Harry was such a pleasure to work things out with; I had planned a trip and ended up rather late on it, but had zero issues with communicating and getting the whole thing sorted. Great vibes and very reminiscent of farmland across the country. Be AWARE that the bathroom situation is as it is written: The outhouse is the sole bathroom, and it is very clean with modern seating arrangements, but just like a classic outhouse, it does not have running water. « One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!! »

« The place was very nice. It was quiet for being an apartment. The central air was a nice feature for a mid summer stay. We had some issues with the door lock upon arrival, but the host was very responsive and helpful in resolving the access issue. Off street parking was pretty close to the apartment and gave us a safe place to park the car overnight. »

« The location was great as our son is at SUNY Polytechnic. The drive to campus, and other locations in Utica, were all about (10) minutes from everything. The space is comfortable for no more than two people. Michael, the host, was easy to communicate with via the VRBO app or email. The floor of the shower was a little "squishy".
