« The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc. »

« We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This place is a hidden gem—so relaxing, private, and beautifully decorated. We loved the unique outdoor shower and the cute little pool, and the views were simply stunning. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and fully equipped, and we spent every evening enjoying the nice, big fire pit. It was so special to be surrounded by the horses and donkeys on the property. To top it off, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We couldn't have...

« The room smelled like cigarettes and was very old and dirty »

« The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return. Thank you. »

« Beautiful! Nothing to say! »

« Cons: Old dirty rooms. No maid came during our 2 nights stay. Dirty carpets Stained bedsheets Limited towels Breakfast not properly refilled. Several options missing. Limited seating area for breakfast. Dirty. Very small pool. Pros: Marcelo’s the best at front desk. Always smiling and helpful! »
