« Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

« The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great. »

« Cute room with fantastic daily cleaning by lovely lady. Great view, just as advertised. Quick access to lakefront restaurants or tuktuk ride up to Santa Cruz. Like everything around Lake Atitlan, the climb is up or down…not a problem for us, but could be with heavy suitcases. »

« This was a beautiful property - very high quality fittings and finishings, stunning views of the lake, with easy access to Panajachel (Lino looked after us well!). Communications with both our host and the care taker were great. We couldn't fault the property, and thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. »

« Good points: -The house seems to be a relatively new construction . -The second floor room has a decent view to watch the sunrise. But the house is not in the lake. -The kitchen was well equipped. Regular points : -Lots of Construction around that starts at 6:45AM - From the main road to the house is dirt and rocks so You have to carry your suitcases. -Far from the embarcadero or main are in town, a good 30 minutes walk or 10 minute Tuck Tuck that cost Q10/ $2 US quetzales per person...

« The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. I definitely do not recommend staying here or would stay...
