« We only stayed one night after we attended a concert in the area. We didn't arrive until close to midnight and had to leave the very next morning so we didn't get to enjoy the facilities. The camper was nice and spacious for the two of us. Bed was comfortable but a little tight to move around. But I really don't expect much space in a camper. I wish we could've enjoyed the pool and hot tub but didn't have time. We had a little difficulty finding the place but it was the middle of the night so...

« Property was great and served our purpose. My only request would be to add blinds or curtains on windows in the entryway/sunroom for privacy for anyone who might sleep in that room. Thank you! »

« It was very private and quiet and a secluded area. It was a clean, cute little place. Only thing that drove me crazy was the acorns that kept falling on the tin roof. Overall great stay! »

« When we pulled up, we realized there was a downstairs tenant and I called the host and she said well depending on where you found the listing that can be very hard to find online. Then there was a a very bad odor, like it was not cleaned thoroughly at all. Then, as we described when we reserved it,we have small kids and small kids are not always perfectly still. Every floorboard in the house creaks really loudly and by 8 o’clock the next morning, the downstairs tenant was playing his music very...

« Worked out great for a 3 day fishing trip. My only suggestion would be a bigger fridge and freezer to freeze fish. »

« Angler's Retreat is a perfect place for fishing Clarks Hill or Russell. Very convenient to both lakes. The home is well equipped and has plenty of parking for your boat. We will be looking to stay here again when we are back in the area for a trip. The hosts are very responsive and easy to deal with. »
