'Great location near to the ferry. All the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. We had a king bed in a room with a sea view, the room comfortable was tastefully decorated. Only downside, it was room so had to go elsewhere for breakfast.'

'This is a very convenient hotel to stay in Lund when you want to do some activities. As a hotel guest you are guaranteed to have a parking space. The rooms and bathroom are small but good enough for a good rest. The beds are big and soft, however advertised as 2 person beds which is almost impossible (1,20 meter wide). The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has great food. The terrace has a great view over the ocean.'

'We liked the location, the staff and the suite was large and comfortable. We did notice staining on the carpets, the coffee pot had coffee remnants in it, and the lamp between the beds was missing a lightbulb. For a short stay, drinking glasses would have been nice as well (the plastic one in the bathroom was broken).'

'Een motel met een uistekende ligging in hartje Powell River met een prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Kamers zijn deels vernieuwd (bedden, airco), deels wat verouderd (meubilair, kitchenette). Maar alles werkt goed. Motel is rustig en ligt prachtig op heuvel met zicht over de baai (mét orka's!) en met mooie zonsondergangen. De eigenaresse is supervriendelijk en heel servicegericht, ze zwaait liefst elke gast persoonlijk uit.'

'Nice flowers, quiet location. Only thing that was not ok is the owner taking pictures of both sides of my credit card and driver’s license to store on her computer. After I complained she erased both.'

'Bbq was full of mould and out of propane, cob webs hanging everywhere, would have been great to have more hooks to hang things. Floor was way out of level and steps were really slippery. Location was great and quiet and hosts were accommodating for my extra night. '

'We have a wonderful week here. Highly recommended. perfect timing because the sandcastle weekend was on Texada island, with fun activities. The cottage is beautifully situated on the bay and is well taken care of. we have walked, swam, canoeed, fished a lot of wildlife (deer, osprey, otters, seals, etc.) and as icing on the cake (dutch saying :)) we saw orcas in the bay the last evening. 'This cabin was extremely overpriced for what it is and the time of year. This is our only complaint. This is a 100 per night cabin max in late October. It is a cabin that has a out house toilet and no kitchen. We feel ripped off.'
