'The cottage is well appointed. There was nothing we would have added to the cottage to make it more comfy or serviceable. It's in a quiet neighbourhood, and the owner (who lives next door) was very friendly and attended quickly and efficiently to our questions/requests. The tv quit working after our second night's stay. We went out for the majority of the day, when we arrived back at the cottage, the owner had bought and installed a brand new tv. Very much appreciated!! '

'The cabins were wonderful.I came into town for first aid training and stayed two nights. The owners responded very quickly, gave me all the information that was needed and the pictures reflected the cabin very well. I wish I had more time.\nTo feed the animals as there was food in the cabin for them. I found the bed very comfortable and the bath tub fit me well , i'm 6'2". The hot tub was great, but I was only utilize it one night because I was studying, thank you'

'A cozy little cabin with everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. Tucked away beside the forest. It felt wonderfully private. The best part was falling asleep to the sound of frogs at night and waking up to roosters in the morning. '

'We have a wonderful week here. Highly recommended. perfect timing because the sandcastle weekend was on Texada island, with fun activities. The cottage is beautifully situated on the bay and is well taken care of. we have walked, swam, canoeed, fished a lot of wildlife (deer, osprey, otters, seals, etc.) and as icing on the cake (dutch saying :)) we saw orcas in the bay the last evening. 'Our reservation for the weekend was cancelled twice by VRBO. The owner of this property, Scott, was extremely helpful. He helped us fund other dates and contacted VRBO to change our reservation.The property is a nice location but we were dissapponted to see that the photos indicated a noce cabin and we got a basement suite with virtually no windows. The front window was covered by a big equipment, the main bedroom window covered with wood making the room totally dark during a super sunny day....
