'The hotel is nicely renovated. However, it was advertised as having continental breakfast but there wasn't any. Also, the only coffee we could get was from the espresso machine in our room ( 4 pods, 1 was decaf). Had to go to Tim Hortons if you wanted a regular coffee, not an expresso in a demi cup. Tim's was next to the hotel. There wasn't any shampoo or body wash in the containers in the shower. It was confusing to find the hotel as it was advertised as the kelowna hotel and conference center...

'The rooms were clean, the breakfast options although limited, were sufficient. Staff were friendly. And they offer cookies at the reception area! A treat for those who need a little perk me up.'

'Stag was very friendly and helpful. Wish the hotel would have mentioned that the boardwalk was closed and not able to be used, that is an important part of the hotel area. Our room was nice however needs some updating. The AC was so loud at night and had such a humm, we had to turn off.'

'Prima hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Wel zat er een mierennest in de badkamer en lagen er haren van een ander op de grond. Verder voldoende gelegenheid tot parkeren en een goede uitvalsbasis richting bijvoorbeeld de Rocky Mountains of richting Vancouver '

'Only thing was that I prepared to go swimming and wanted to partake of the hot tub...both were non functional...disapointed in this. The Inn should remove pictures of the pool and hot tub and NOT advertise these with the booking.'
