'Decor was a bit out of date, but the hotel is clean and well maintained. The mattress was firm and very comfortable, the bedding perfect. My biggest complaint would be the bath/shower, kind of old and a decade out of style. But the rest of the hotel is very nice. Awesome pool, good restaurant (busy, expect a wait at busy times) and fantastic coffee (Starbucks coffee, I think).'

'This place is a bit out of date but clean and safe and reasonably priced. Only issue I had was the hotel was full one day i was there and the hot water ran out so I had a cold shower…not the end of the world but a bit annoying. Otherwise this place is fine'

'Prima hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Wel zat er een mierennest in de badkamer en lagen er haren van een ander op de grond. Verder voldoende gelegenheid tot parkeren en een goede uitvalsbasis richting bijvoorbeeld de Rocky Mountains of richting Vancouver '

'Arrival and check in went smooth with pre-check in texts. Room was clean, with hot tub area clean and enjoyable. Breakfast selection was average, with scrambled eggs and sausage. Adding a potato choice and hot sauce would add to this service. Overall, very happy with our stay and plan to stay next time in kelowna.'
