Now it has turned into a Spa Resort, great for those who like and want to be pampered, no problems there, but we did find the restaurants evening menu is now very restricted for choice., plus there was always cold blasts of air, making it very uncomfortable to dine. Back in the day the then Ostler restaurant was far superior'

'Mixed experience, some good, but room for improvement We stayed for one night as a family of four in a family room. There were some definite positives. We had dinner in the pub and the food was lovely. Breakfast was alright, perfectly acceptable, but nothing particularly memorable. The outdoor area was a real highlight for us as a family.
