« The whole experience, two nights, was excellent. The room was very large, well fitted and although we did not housekeeping refreshment were replenished, when requested. The food was of high standard and equally matched by the service. Only criticism was poor pressure in the sink hot water tap. It was an accessible room so understand the concern of the hot tap. »

« After a minor hiccup with our room not having been made up from the previous guests, everything was extremely good. If this is the area you want to stay, this place is highly recommended. »

« Mattress on Bed not the most comfortable . Couldn’t understand how the tv worked to get normal channels . so instructions would’ve helpful . ( subtitles didn’t seem available on bbc player which we needed as we are both hearing impaired ) But everything else was ok as we were only staying for one night and the staff are helpful on check in and our room was ready early »

« Hôtel fatigué et pas à la hauteur des Hôtels Mercure. Dans la salle de bain, moisissures et plafonds délabrés. Séjour en famille avec un grand-père handicapé - mais l'ascenseur est en panne pendant plusieurs jours. Alors pénibles et lents trajets dans les escaliers pour accéder à la chambre. De plus, pas de chaise d'évacuation, donc l'hôtel n'est pas aux normes de sécurité légales. Quartier bruyant. Aucun moyen de savoir lors de la réservation que le samedi était soirée de mariage, avec...

« Stayed 1 night at a weekend when attending a friends party nearby. Big room with en-suite. Had to go into the bar to check in, although busy someone attended to us straightaway and was very helpful. The milk for the tea/coffee was out of date, I'm sure they would have changed it for us if we had needed it. The live band played until gone 11pm and the normal music continued until after midnight, so if you are looking for a quiet night at the weekend this might not be for you! »

« Stayed here during the summer, breakfast was great, we were given a menu and a choice of continental selection. Breakfast cooked fresh so we booked again. Sadly this time we were greeted with a breakfast buffet which wasnt the same. Therefore we would not be in a rush back, hopefully the cook will ge brought back »
