'Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die gezellig een praatje komt maken als je dat op prijs stelt en voor je klaar staat. Prima eenvoudig en meer dan voldoende ontbijt. De B&B zit in een oud victoriaans gebouw, badkamer kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken (voorbereiding daarvan leek al in gang gezet). Daarom iets lagere score op netheid en staat van accommodatie. Op loopafstand vind je de ferry naar Portsmouth met een oude haven en nieuwe shoppingoutlet en boulevard met arcades, kermis en meer vermaak.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Bury Villa in Gosport! The house looked even grander in person than in the pictures, and there were some lovely touches on check in that really showed care - dining table already laid out beautifully, folded towels on the beds like swans, that sort of thing! Everyone in our group slept very well and had no complaints about anything.
