The room was spacious with break-taking views, the staff were pleasant and food was top rated. The room was clean but not quite to western standards-some small touches would address this. The hotel offers a number of activities throughout the day-this is a great touch.'

'Geweldig en nieuw hotel - slechts 1 jaar oud. Moderne kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt. Goed eten in restaurant en geweldig personeel. Let wel, alcohol in de bar is nogal prijzig. Kan over de locatie weinig zeggen; wij waren er alleen een enkele nacht op doorreis. '

We were upgraded to one of the honeymoon cottages and these are of excellent quality.The food is excellent as well, and the hotel is well managed. Munnar is also a very attractive location to visit.'

'The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am. According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...
