« How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....

« These accommodations were outstanding. This location was perfect for visiting Brevard. We took a short walk on the trail (just at the bottom of the hill) to get to and from the downtown area. I have NEVER slept as good as I did in the quiet and comfortable setting. The bed covers, sheets and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom towels were the softest I have ever experienced. The kitchen gave us an easy way to save and reheat leftovers. We had our coffee (provided) and breakfast...

« The cabin was clean, but I will see if you were gonna stay there. You need to have some type of slides flip-flops how she used to wear around the cabin because the floors are concrete and not smooth. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. We made breakfast in the morning, but had to go buy a spatula and cooking spray after the first morning. The air conditioner, work fine kept the place nice and cool. « A very clean, cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. Large fenced yard with picnic table and nice deck. Close to downtown and great places to eat. Pisgah Forrest is close by with lots of outdoor activities. Downtown areas have great shops and restaurants. Everyone was so nice. You cant go wrong with this amazing house and beautiful area. »
