« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Everything you need is right there on the property. I paid extra to stay closer to the waterpark area, and I think that's the way to go if you plan to go there often or have someone who can't walk a lot. The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining everything, and the rooms were pretty nice. We bought their package that included a room, 2 shows, 2 mini golf games, go-karts, gift cards, and waterpark access.
