Kies je hotel in Sullivan County

'No to many options to eat! Matress wasn't clean, it has stains!'

'Casino staff were friendly with rapid drink service at the gaming tables. Beautiful view of the surrounding hills from our room. Our room was reminiscent of a spa with all the amenities.'

'We were visiting LEGOLAND and decided to stay somewhere different this time than their hotel. This hotel was very nice and very clean. The staff were very nice and super helpful. They have coffee, tea and hot chocolate out at all times. We enjoyed the gym and pool. Breakfast was also very good especially for a hotel !'

'When booking a luxury spa getaway, I primarily evaluate two factors: room ambiance (design, light, and comfort) and in-room amenities. On the first count, our king-size suite delivered. It was stunning—spacious, flooded with natural light, and outfitted with large windows and motorized shades. However, the in-room essentials fell short. At $650 a night in a secluded location, missing basic vanity supplies like lotion, shower caps, loofahs, dental kits, and sewing kits felt like a major...

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'Definitely a place to unwind and relax'

'The room was clean and the linens were nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.'

'Considering this was a resort hotel, I would’ve expected spa Jacuzzi or a hot tub or a pool and at least continental breakfast and they didn’t seem to have any of that plus the staff wasn’t overly friendly either'

'Renovations and improvements, along with staff members are exeptional'

'Breakfast was the best I ever had for a free breakfast'

'We came in late September-The room didn’t have any heating, we tried to move the air-conditioning mode to heating and it just pushed air out, we were freezing all night. The bad mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and blanket was too light to keep us warm. The room itself is very basic and simply designed, felt like two starts (maybe). We paid for one night $300 before fees and taxes- with the fees it ended up just under $500- the cost didn’t make sense for what we got,'

'Not worth it. Outdated. Can’t open windows. Pool is really small. Food places around are not very good'

'Staff was not very friendly. Room was dirty and need to be updated. Some things in the bathroon are damaged and.or cracked. Breakfast was very simple'
