'pool is small for the size of hotel and number of patrons. We were unable to use hot tub due to number of children in pool area squirting water guns and using the hot tub. Staff was in area but not in control of chaos. I enjoy kids but their was probably 50 and most were out of control'

'I had the lakefront condo. The room was clean and smelled good. The card key door lock was not working 100% of the time. I only went to the coffee shop, it was good quality for a fair price. '

'Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken, Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape!'

'This is a great place and we love coming here. The only downside was that our room had an adjoining room separated by two doors. They really need to add some sound proofing because we could here our neighbors clearly. We had had not had this issue before.'
