'Compared to many other places we've stayed in Jackman, ME, this is one of our best stays! The cabin was spacious, clean, kept up and overall held up to its expectations. What they marketed was exactly what they offered. The check in process was uncertain as we were supposed to show up to an already open cabin without having to contact anyone prior. There is a check in process they want you to do online instead, once you arrive. When I tried doing this, I kept getting error messages saying my...

'I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!'

'The wife and I and our fur baby Handsome Hank has a fantastic stay here . Only issue we had is the outdoor kitchen needs some work on the counter. We arrived too fresh cut flowers on the table.
