'The tv was a pain due to not being able to access apps with ease. Nothing was helpful in getting the tv to a functioning point to use with my family. Disappointing.'

'The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen area included a full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove, and a microwave. The king-size bed was comfortable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage and pulled pork, cubed potatoes cooked with peppers, cereals and milk, yogurt, coffee, muffins, breads, etc. We were not informed when we reserved the room that parking was $25 each day. The parking area is surrounded by a fence. Parking is accessed at a gate activated by a keypad keycode.'

'Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a stay after a relative was in Grandview icu. I had a severely broken foot at the time as well and was assuming they would be perfect for some relief. No breakfast or access to anything unless you are a platinum gold elite member of their hotel group.'
