« We paid for the suite for a king size bed and non-smoking room. When we checked in the room was hot and the air was not blowing cold air. We were then moved to a 2nd room and the room was hot but after they turned the air on it had colder air. We were then moved to a 3rd room with 2 queen beds that was already cooled down and the air worked all night thankfully. The cleanliness of the tub was not great and water was slow to drain.
