'Didn’t enjoy being put in a room with ongoing construction overhead. The pounding was every day including weekends. The room had a Murphy bed that had a gap from the wall, so we lost pillows in the gap, which was weird. The TV was far away, on the opposite wall, but at least it was large. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The weather didn’t cooperate so we unfortunately would have enjoyed ourselves more had we not been victims of another week of near-biblical flood.'

'Groundfloor looks nice, but rooms are old and lifts are very small. No diner available, this can be bought in adjacent restaurant with the same name. We where told it has no affiliation with the hotel. Rooms are big but outdated and bathroom was also out of date and uncomfortable.'

'We liked the elevators and proximity to the riverwalk. I noticed there were no extra blankets or pillow handily available in room. I'm sure I could've asked if needed. Also no Bible.'

'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Price quality out of proportion. Hotel needs an update. Large rooms. Elevator very noisy. Lack of visible staff. pool facilities are very nice. '

'The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is typical of a continetal hotel offering. The valet parking is confusing, unnecessary, and not affiliated with the hotel. The lot is adjacent, and parking is easy and cheaper than the valet. Do not stay on the ground floor as staff congregates by the room windows during their breaks--we had to ask them not to talk loudly/yell outside our window DAILY over the course of almost a week.'

'Beautiful well kept place, staff kinda grouchy especially big Hispanic lady at breakfast with unkept messy frizzy hair with no hospitality. African American receptionist with big thick black glasses also wasn’t very welcoming.'

'The hotel was very well maintained. The front desk were very friendly. Andrew was able to assist us with an early check in due to the rain. Park was close early. There is alot of construction going specially in that area. Overall we are great accommodations.'

'Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired.'
