'Impeccable'

'I was extremely disappointed with my stay this weekend. The pool was closed due to construction, and the rooftop bar area shut down at 10 PM. With temperatures over 90 degrees and it being NBA Championship weekend, the amenities were the primary reason my wife and I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, and we left very dissatisfied.'
