'Be ready to pay for parking and not have your car on the property. Highly inconvenient if you need something out of your car. Rooms are not clean. It smelled like built up urine in the bathroom. Very unpleasant. Too much money for what it is. This is like a 150 a night type hotel.'

'I’ve been in my share of Holiday Inn Express’, but this one in on the bottom of my list. Very indifferent staff (by arrival and check-out). I booked a king and got 2 queens.. further, walls are thin, you can hear conversations in the room next door. Neighbourhood is sketchy. Room was clean, i have to say. '

'We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great.'

'I’ve been coming to this hotel for about 4 years. It was never a 5 star but it was decent, inexpensive and friendly. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had. Aside from things I could overlook like the standard pillows on the king size bed, a press on nail beside the bed side table and scribbling on the wall, I couldn’t overlook being ignored when requesting new towels, multiple times and when I asked for my room to be cleaned specifically new sheets after my daughter had an accident, not only...
