'Nothing is far to get to. CVS is very close to grab snacks or items forgotten. Lovely property where host provides everything you might need. Easy to keep tidy. Appliances are new and function well. Did not use oven. Host has made was visiting friends so didn’t explore the attractions but near main roads so it seems it would be easy to get to anything. Capital Market is not far for fresh, reasonably prices groceries, terrific little cheese and wine shop. You can find many items made in WV....

'Cute, cozy one bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and everything was included to make our stay pleasant. We especially liked the coffee bar; what a nice touch. We were just there for a quick overnight, but for anyone staying longer, the kitchen is fully equipped and includes an air fryer, toaster and waffle maker! We would definitely suggest this to anyone staying in the area. '

'The house was comfortable and a great location for our stay. All the essentials are there with a few extras. There's a playground close by for little ones and Spring Hill Bakery is just down the street (that's for everyone).'

'Great place to disconnect from stresses of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing lifesyle. Creeks to splash in, river to float, mud puddles to splash in and dirt roads to adventure down. Everyone was so welcoming from liz, bars/restaurants, to the locals. The road up started the adventure and set the tone for getting away from it all. Id call it a primitive setting, no bells, no whistles, but just what we needed. If i did need a bell or whistle, liz would have procided it quickly. Cant say enough...

'Loved the back deck! That was actually my main reason for choosing this place. :) The furniture out there was comfy, and the ceiling fan kept bugs away. Had the good fortune of being out there during a thunderstorm at one point. The proximity to Charleston is great — took about 15 minutes to get to Capitol Market. 'In m opinion, if any place is going to call itself “Almost Heaven”, it should be this place. It was raining most of our visit and I still loved it. If you love animals and nature, this is the place. '
