'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

Communication was poor, the execution was even worse, and overall it left a very negative impression. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time.'

'I stayed at this hotel for two nights while traveling for work and experienced multiple issues that were not adequately addressed. The property appeared to have a high number of long-term residents, with individuals frequently gathered and smoking near the main entrance, which created an unprofessional first impression. The first night was disrupted by significant noise from the room above, making it difficult to rest. Breakfast was very limited. The English muffins were stale, fruit options...

'Location worked for us BUT….. Check in person did not mention that our rooms would not be cleaned ….. UNLESS…. we asked for that service when we were checking in…. When we asked to speak to the manager…. We were told that it was his day off…. lol!!!! Their breakfast bar was pretty good and otherwise our stay was ok….DJP'

'Een fantastische overnachting, net gerenoveerd, super schoon motelletje met vriendelijke medewerkers, 3 min. van de outlet vandaan. Heel goedkoop en zelfs een simpel ontbijt inbegrepen. Zeer aan te raden.'

'modern hotel. Centrum is aan te lopen. Parkeren is betaald, maar in de nabijheid van het hotel s'nachts grratis. Als je een kamer met ontbijt hebt geboekt, vergeet niet de ontbijtcoupon te vragen zij vergeten hem te geven. De coupon is $15 per kamer waard. Ontbijt is allen ala carte, keuze zeer beperkt en de muffins lijken wel een beschuit.'
