'The staff was very friendly and available as needed for any questions or needs. The breakfast was above average with everything hot and quantities kept up with demand. As for the room, it was very dated and had not been well maintained. Bath tub / shower faucet leaked a steady stream. AC was either on full blast (and noisy) or off . Carpets showed lots of wear. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Parking was good and convenient.'

The property as a whole did not meet my expectations: the elevator nearest the lobby was out of order on the second day of my visit, and my handicapped-accessible room was on the fourth floor! The room air conditioner was very loud, and the drapes would not close to block out light and noise from the parking lot. The key cards to my room quit working on the second night and had to be renewed. I was not happy to be required to pay a $100 fee upon...

'We were on our way to Tennessee and stopped by for an overnight stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and well layed out. Beds were comfortable. We slept in and missed breakfast, but coffee and lemon water is available 24/7. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The only issue was our bathroom sink was clogged so it drained very slowly. Our shower door also would not stay closed and would open while taking a shower so we had to hold the door with our foot. But these minor issues were addressed upon checkout and I’m sure will be handled promptly. It didn’t not make our stay any less comfortable. I’d stay there again.'
