'The room and the check in process were everything to be expected; the staff was friendly, answered any questions and the room was clean. My only gripes would be that the breakfast was minimal and for the two mornings I attended breakfast, there wasn't any hot coffee or someone manning the flat top to make meals to order. They did have coffee makers in the room so, it wasn't a total loss, but my family was disappointed by the lack of made to order meals.'

'The front desk lady was awesome. She gave great directions to get our boys uniforms clean. Also the location was great. The boys walked over and I was able to leisurely get there.'

'Air conditioner was broken and shut off in the middle of the night. When entered the room the extra blanket was wadded up in the cupboard. Bathroom just barely clean. When I asked for a printout of the bill they said I had to get it from Expedia, they couldn’t give me one. How do I get a copy of the bill?'

'Clean, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. My only quibble is that I’ve visited this hotel twice, six years apart, and on each visit they had huge industrial fans set up in the lobby to dry out a flood. The noise made it difficult to carry out a conversation at the reception desk and it did carry through to the breakfast area too.'

The driver of the shuttle was the best part to me , very down to earth and lots of fun to talk to and just get to know the area.job well done to all of the staff . 5srars for me . 'I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property was not well maintained, and the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in. There was also cigarette smoke throughout the property, which made the environment even more uncomfortable. The conditions were so poor that we couldn’t stay the night and had to request a refund. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.'
