'Staff in breakfastroom and bar were friendley. Frontdeskstaff not so customerfriendley. Floor in the bathroom was not clean every day. '

'The staff was initially friendly. The water heater went out and nothing was communicated. When we called they got standoffish. Also the electrical outlets were touchy, if you plugged the hair dryer in too far they didn't work. The maintenence guy they sent up was great! Also maybe I missed it but it would have been nice to know parking wasnt included. Shuttle service to the airport was wonderful and very helpful. '

'Restaurant was so-so, Staff was incredible but the lobby situation was a challenge. Location is great and the room itself was fantastic. Would stay again assuming there's no longer a 4 step process to try and just get to the room elevators.'
