'We had a great view from our room, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Most of the staff were not very friendly, although the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Overall, the experience had both positives and negatives.'

'This is an okay hotel. Location is not great, near some deserted lots, 15 min walk to downtown. The receptionist that checked us in forgot to give us breakfast vouchers which resulted in an awkward next day breakfast situation. The second receptionist we spoke to was very nice and resolved the issue quickly. Coffee machine in the room works only if you hold it shut the entire time. Room was clean but some things definitely need an upgrade, chipped paint and rusty toilet aren’t the best...
