« The owner was fantastic to work with. My kids loved having their own beds with a tv in their room. She left games for them which was fun. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is very cozy! »

« This is a beautiful house and the property manager was great. The dock area was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the basement play area. The house had everything we needed, though I do wish there was a gas grill. Just one issue to keep in mind: this is really a six person house. There are 3 queen beds. The other sleeping capacity is air mattresses and uncomfortable pull outs. And there is a charge for more than 6 people (just to sleep on the floor).But with that said, we would definitely stay here...

« Great place! It had everything we needed and then some. It was in a very nice and safe neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. The carpet on the stairs and in upstairs halls and bedrooms was old and stainedl. Given that is the only negative I can think of, this is 5 star stay. »

« Our stay in Durham was very pleasant thanks to this bungalow. The remodel seems to have been recent and they did a very good job. The house was well outfitted even though we only used some dishes and the coffee maker it would have been easy to prepare a meal. Should we ever have the need we will rent again. »
