'There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...

'The facility was clean and the suite was as pictured but the QUALITY of the items was horrible. The bed sheets were thin and worn; the elastic on the fitted sheet was so worn that it did not grip the mattress. The refrigerator was emitting a high pitched whine as if it was about to fail. The bedspread was so thin it was nearly transparent, as the blanket. Many lightbulbs were burnt out. Too many people hanging out in the parking lot as well.'
