'Due to the fact that I'm confined to a wheelchair, I didn't like the fact that the beds were too high for me to safely get in and out. However, the staff accommodated me with a rollaway that served the purpose. Same thing with the toilet, to high. Also the shower seat was too far away for me to reach the shower head. 'My friends and I were looking for a clean and nice hotel in the middle of Downtown Dallas. This hotel was perfect for a girls trip. There was an outdoor pool on the 9th floor overlooking the city buildings! The beds were clean and the hotel was neat and comfortable upon arrival. '

'Did a midweek girls 1 nighter for the pool. The hotel is great, very boho chic. Rooms were good size. Pool area is small but was great, assuming very crowded on a weekend. Had amazing staff at downstairs bar and shuttle driver. Great experience. '

'Redelijk nieuw hotel ziet er nog netjes en fris uit. Meubels in de lobby zijn wel al versleten. Kamers zijn mooi groot en de badkamer is netjes. Ontbijt is goed maar een half uur voor het einde wordt er al bijna niks meer bijgevuld.'

'Gunstig gelegen hotel tegen centrum van Dallas. Grote kamers die goed verzorgd zijn. Hotel is zeker geschikt voor langere verblijven. 'Friendly staff, quick check-in/out. Was conveniently located downtown. Lots of parkings, we parked our car ourselves and did not go with Valet. Two day parking was $40. Pool is nice on the rooftop but don’t expect you can take a swim. It’s really just to “stand” in water. Rooms are cleaned on request and which is something we noticed more post-covid traveling. We request a clean and it was nicely done. Recommend this hotel. '
