'Great family vacation'

'Stayed for 3 nights and the pool was closed for the first 2 nights. No adjustment to our bill was offered or made. Everytime we asked it was the same answer. It would be open tomorrow morning. It appeared to have been closed several days prior to our arrival from what I gathered. Our kids were pretty disappointed seeing as one of the reasons we booked the hotel.was for the pool so thr kids could swim. Had I know the pool was going to be closed, we would've stayed somewhere else.'

'Check in was very pleasant, great friendly staff and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable although the pillows were horrible. Breakfast was good and plentiful. '

'Some front desk staff were excellent. Others need a raise or a lover. Gym is small but great. Laundry facility uses a super convenient app. Get it when you arrive so you can see when machines are available. Hotel is joint with another Hilton brand and in an area with several hotels and DoorDash kept incorrectly delivering. Convenient snack and small necessities kiosk with self checkout. Currently renovating some rooms. Contractors are super friendly but request a change of rooms if you don’t...
