« I reserved a room for two nights because of the reasonable price that had a pool and hot tub....the only reason I stayed there...after a hard days work I wanted to relax in a hot tub....of course the pool and hot tub were closed the entire time I was there with no warning of this...I would have payed a little more to stay somewhere who had a functioning hot tub »

« Our first room the beds had bug . Our second room the bathroom fixtures especially the sink had toothpaste and or soap on the sink faucets. The tub was unusable . »

« We had been working in the area and started here for 3 nights. I got to my room and there was a dehumidifier in the middle of the room and it smelled super musty and damp. There was no refrigerator, no clock and a super small TV on top of the closet. The hot tub was out of order and the pool was like ice. Breakfast didn't open till 630 so most workers like myself missed out. On the last morning I stayed for breakfast and it was old bagels convince store muffins, old boiled eggs and of course...

« The only time we saw anyone was when we checked in, after that there was no one there the rest of the time, till we left. The ice machine did not work, there wasn't any pop machine or snack machine, you had to walk to the gas station. The locks on the doors were iffy at best. Very small tv in room. $200.00 for just a room with no pool or anything else. It did have good water pressure in the shower. »

« Lower your bar. Mostly clean, but horribly overpriced. A tiny, ancient motel, rooms opening out to the lot (which I like). Manager was super nice, walked me to my room. It's July, & it was literally about 100 degrees all weekend. The floors are laminate, which is nice & easy to keep clean. Tiny room, 2 double beds (old bed spreads) fill the entire width of the room wall to wall, with a couple feet between. Small fridge with a separate freezer which was nice. Wall air conditioner worked well,...

« This place is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful and perfect. Love love. And downtown able to just walk and see the town. Mark was great. Clean place. So cozy. I love Love it. It’s unique. Close to coffee . Can’t wait to stay again. Loved the big windows and lounge couch. It’s a 10 for me. »

Char has great taste in decorating and has incorporated all the cool, unique aspects of the New Ulm culture. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large group staying in the New Ulm area! »

« The only reason I am marking you down is your well either nods to be hydrojetted or deepened because the pump is picking up sediment and it is coming out of all water fixtures in the house.The check-out instructions in the book in the house need to be updated to be consistent with the emailed checkout instructions. »
