« Staying in the containers was an unique, fun experience, especially traveling with children. Cleanliness was top notch and water pressure was a nice surprise. Highlight was sitting on the roof deck in the evenings watching the wildlife, stars, and playing UNO in the breeze. The winds picked up during our stay so stars weren't as visible as we hoped but that's just Texas. Thank you for the early check-in and travel extras when we realized our toiletry bag was left at home! Oops. The only thing...

« Great place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Great beds and a wonderful view of the mountains from the front porch of "the bank". Definitely recommend this place to anyone! »

« It was clean and lots of privacy. Nice size yard with nice outdoor furniture and fire ring. The sofa pull out bed has some bent metal bars and wouldn’t stay flat. Barn doors were a bit tricky keep close. Shower needs to be hand held. Lots of thorny sticker burs in yard. We had to work hard to remove them from shoes. The property manager and owner were helpful. When we told them we forgot something at the property, they helped collect the items and let us pick up. »

« We had the greatest time! The place looks straight out of the western era and the views are incredible! It’s super close to Big Bend. If you want to go see stars is the perfect place, always double check the weather because we did get some clouds and rain on the second day. Overall, it was a great place! The only thing that I would recommend is that the porch light to be red light, when we were stargazing some people had their porch light on and it affected visibility. »

« We loved this unique and quirky little place and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The sunset and stars and the windmill from the viewing deck were the cherry on top. We will be back next time we travel to Big Bend! »
