Kies je hotel in Austin County

'This is a beautiful property, room was clean, bed was comfortable, perfect temperature to sleep. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very kind. Amazing service, just booked my second stay!'

'So relaxing'

'In the studio rooms, the Air conditioner was loud and not the best temp control. Absolutely no kitchen supplies. Where they mention a fully supplied kitchen it means microwave, stove, sink and frig. Bring your own soap, towels, utensils, plates, cups. Little disappointed in the not working ice machine and laundry, however the one in the main hotel was available to use. 'This place is a dump! The hotel staff was good, but the hotel is a dump. If I was offered to stay there again for no charge, I still would not stay there. Hotel is old, rundown, smells bad, walls cracked. Owners have not invested anything to keep up the property. Stay away!'

'Really enjoyed our offsite breakfast inclusion. Was conveniently located and a charming place to overnight while visiting the Round Top Music Festival'

'It exceeded our expectations'

'Awesome place to stay, very clean and well manicured property. So quiet and peaceful and the bedding was so comfortable! This place has everything you need, we will stay here again without hesitation.'

'AC was good, staff very friendly, parking good'

'Cute property - definitely a girlie place.'

'Beautiful, relaxing ranch. Thank you so much for a great stay. '

'Some things have been upgraded and others haven’t. I was on the walk-up second floor and the stairs need to be repaired. I was worried about them falling.'

'Overall clean for the price, no hand soap in bathroom. Bar soap in shower was half used with a hair on it'
