Upon entering Terrace 307A, you will be guided into an open-concept kitchen, dining and living room.
The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It has everything you need to prepare your caught fish of the day, including a Keurig and a regular coffee maker for the morning crowd.
The living and dining areas are open and roomy with splashes of coastal whimsey. Off the living area is an abundant wrap-around balcony for morning coffee, evening beverages, or just to linger and appreciate the lake and Gulf views.
