Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. We come to Destin annually for our anniversary trip. As usual,we got on line, found the room we always try to book and when we arrived, found that we had been highjacked. We always stay next door at Gulfgate, and thought we were so booked. Surprise!! Not so, instead finally figured it out that we had been switched to your property?? Luckily, got in via luck.

Our condo was very nice, recently remodeled so the decor was very pretty, comfortable & relaxing. The beach was beautiful & it was great that our section of the beach & ocean weren't crowded like the other condos on both sides of us. It was located conveniently to restaurants & entertainment. We walked to the Back Porch for dinner one night & The Track was right across the street for go carts & putt putt golf. The staff were very friendly & courteous. We will definitely choose Destin Beach Club again for future trips & highly recommend it.

Very Disappointed

Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the location of the property, we did everything that we were supposed to do before we left the property.We were on our way home, when we received a very disturbing phone call. The rental management staff said that there were dishes missing from the condo and that they were charging our credit card $98.87 for the missing dishes. In the future I would recommend that anyone staying at this property should take a member of the staff to the condo with them and do a walk through before they check in. Inventorying and making a list of everything in the condo as you go along. And when you are ready to check out you will need to again get a staff member to do another walk through, have that staff member sign off that every thing is accounted for and that they are Happy. My wife and I are 71 years old , we have stayed in motel rooms and condos our whole life , the last thing that we want is someones used dishes.
