Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with any utensil, dish, pot, pan and appliance you would want. Only thing is we had no dish towels. Everything was clean. There was plenty of parking for us. Checking in and out was very simple. Our guys enjoyed fishing off the small boat dock. Would recommend this condo.

The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. All the pans and dishes were perfect for making meals to eat at the house. The canal was beautiful and clear and fun to fish. Location is perfect for access to beaches in both fort Walton Beach as well as destin and Seaside. Location is also great for shopping and close to great restaurants.

Nice Unit!

Check in was easy, very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only con was access to the beach was a little bit of a walk. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo just as advertised

We stayed here for 5 weeks and currently be happier with the decision. Over that span of time we expect there will be a need to communicate with the property management. The communications were perfect. Professional, responsive and put the customer first. The unit itself was fantastic. Well stocked for all needs, with a gorgeous view of the canal and a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this very spacious unit.

Boating, beaching, fishing… This place is great for ALL OF IT!!

Stayed here with 6 adults, 2 kids, an infant, and 2 dogs. The place was a perfect size with plent of bedrooms/bathrooms and 2 good size decks and to where nobody felt like they were running over each other. It’s conveniently located to everything too (stores, restaurants, beaches, boating destinations, etc…) We were really impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked it was for cooking and grilling. Sarah, one of the property managers, was amazing to deal with in the days leading up to the trip. We will definitely stay here again and I recommend you book this place for your next Destin vacation!

Boating

Everything was great. Location was perfect for our purpose of being there. The dock worked out great for us. Townhouse was clean, beds comfortable, and everything was updated. We will definitely be returning.

Nice place. Cleaning needs help!!

We got the text that the house was ready if we wanted an early check in. We accepted as we were ahead of schedule. As soon as we walked in, the back door was left cracked opened. Other issues from check in: Sand was felt on the floors, found on the sofas & on top of the one of the bed comforter. The carpet in the living room was never vacuumed as food was under the table & garbage under the sofas. Kitchen sink had fish scales left. Fruit flies were very bad from the garbage disposal. Refrigerator had a fishy smell & something green was spilt in the drawer. After taking all of the drawers out, there was a big spill that was causing the fish odor. Sliding door has 5 missing blinds when fulling opened. Trash under every bed. The property manager came to address our issues however the main issue was the refrigerator that was never fully resolved. He tried to clean it the best he could but the smell of fish still lingered every time the refrigerator was opened. The property manager never came back to replace the missing blinds. Over all, the house was as described & we had a nice stay but we couldn't get rid of the fruit flies. We feel the attention to details when cleaning should be much better for the price that we are charged for the cleaning of the house.

Bachelorette Trip

The house was very well cleaned, with a lot of amenities! We were able to check in a little early on our arrival day which is such a luxury after driving 5 hours to get there! However, I wouldn’t say the house sleeps 10. We had 9 adults & one slept on the couch (no big deal, but keep that in mind when booking) The first bedroom downstairs was rather warm since they only have a vent in the bathroom. Very quiet area, we did not use the boat slip, but plan to return & do so! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Would book again!

Our stay was overall great! The house comes fully equipped with linens, dishes/silverware, the boat dock is perfect, and the house is clean. Our check in process was a little delayed because the keyless lock was dead when we arrived. I had to call the company at almost midnight and they ended up calling me back and having a guy come and let us in manually. Obviously, we understood things like that can happen and that was the only trouble we had. I would like to note that if you are bringing boats the trailers have to be stored at a local storage place due to the HOA rules. We used D & J storage- nice people and easy process but be sure to prepare for that extra expense and book ahead because they fill up on busy weekends. Also pack spices and seasonings if you plan to cook in. Just trying to help whoever comes next prepare the best they can. Overall, we LOVED our stay. Crab island was less than a 10 minute boat ride away and the strip packed with restaurants is even closer. Neighbors were super nice and friendly. Next trip to Destin we would love to stay here again!

Easy Access to the Pass

Perfectly redone interior. Almost white glove type stuff. The only thing misleading is the boat slip size. Only because the picture made it look bigger. Tough to get 2 boats side by side. Great floor plan and again very well remodeled. Great stay and great people to work with

Spacious place with boat dock

Our family stayed here for one week to enjoy Napa season and Dustin. The place offered comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out for the week. The best part was having our boat in the backyard.

Bring your boat!

This was our first stay bringing our boat to a rental and it was great! We put our boat in at the Destin Marina, parked our trailer at D & J Storage and would highly recommend both of those places. There is a hose at Harbor Oasis on the dock that made it easy to wash the sand off the boat after a day at Crab Island and the beach. It was a very short boat ride to the Harbor and Crab Island and we took the water taxi over to Harbor Walk one night… so convenient! My kids loved fishing off the dock as well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck at night. The neighbors on the canal were a little noisy on the Friday night of our stay but it didn’t bother us too much and still much quieter than staying at the condos directly on the beach. Other than a few hours that night it was very peaceful! We would definitely come back.
