Girls trip

No better for location and proximity to beach. Smaller complex means less people on the beach. All the high-rise properties adjacent were 5 rows deep with chairs. Definitely will plan a trip back

Amazing little condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this condo vs the one we had last year! It was updated and loved that the master bedroom had the one bed with the bathroom to itself! My only recommendations would be to bring your own thick blanket if you get cold, and are staying in the master bedroom. The blankets are paper thin even if doubled up. The master bed is also not so comfortable. The last thing is the water does not work on the refrigerator and the ice machine freezes up sometimes. Bring your own water and ice.

I am looking forward to our stay next year in the same unit. The unit as well as Silver Dunes as a whole is a great experience as always. The staff at Silver Dunes is top notch and very professional.

Family Condo with a View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite condo closest to the beach but still in view of the courtyard to watch our kids play. There did seem like there was some things that were broken or not working in the unit, guest bed tv, sliding door was broke and hard to open for anyone, dishwasher kept beeping, hardly any cooking tools or grilling tools.

This is the first time I have stayed in this room. I thought it was nice and clean with a beautiful view. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Silver Dunes and have stayed there off and on for 42 years. This was our first stay in 1203B and we will not choose it again. The decor was very spartan, not like a beach condo. The furniture was drab, no decorations, etc. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. It took two hands to turn the faucet on the tub/shower. My husband fixed a sink that wouldn't drain and a leak under the sink in the master bath. All our towels were wet. We were shocked and disappointed that you no longer have towel exchange. The sand would build up at the shower at the end of the building, so that your feet still had sand on them when you left. It used to be cleaned each day. I would NOT recommend 1203 B to a friend. WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND SILVER DUNES.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year at Silver Dunes and we enjoyed it so much. Our condo was very clean and well maintained as was the property. Our son was going to sleep on the pull out couch but the mattress was awful and uncomfortable so we bought an air mattress instead and that worked fine. The only other small issue was that we only had three chairs on the balcony. We had 6 people so we all couldn't hang out on the balcony together. Other than those two small inconveniences, everything was fabulous!! We rented chairs on the beach beforehand and that was so convenient. We were social distanced from others and didn't feel crowded at all. We will definitely be back and we always recommend Silver Dunes to friends and family.

Facility had a nice pool, tennis courts, basketball court and a place to grill out. Gated community so we felt very safe as well. Every day our chairs and umbrella were set up at the front of the beach. Water was crystal clear and the beach was clean. Great time by all
