This Destin beachfront condo is so full of color and style that humdrum routines turn into lively days filled with excitement. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms of condo 240 evoke immediate smiles thanks to their unique linens, matching curtains and vibrant art all beautifully coordinated. In fact, the whole condo- with its travertine floors, beachfront balcony and upgraded kitchen- will light up any dreary mood because of its vivacious ambiance. Additionally, the master suite opens up to the private balcony overlooking the beach and also boasts a huge bathroom with custom tile work, an oversized tub and walk-in glass shower. Condominium 240 rests on the second floor of the highly sought after Jade East towers. Being so close to the ground floor has so many perks- the beachfront pool and spa are just one floor down along with exclusive access to the white sands of the Gulf. Also highly convenient are extras like a washer/dryer and a separate ice maker right in the unit. Jade East guests also have access to tennis courts, a grilling deck and assigned parking. Plus, just beyond the gates are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and stores all within walking distance. During Spring Break and over the 4th of July holiday this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. All other times, nightly rentals available. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. No tents or canopies allowed on beach.
