Amazing Condo

We stayed here in early September and the condo was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. Pictures almost don't do this place justice, the contractor who remodeled this place did a fantastic job. We could barely tell this place was being rented out. The close location to great restaurants and cool bars was very convenient, especially having The Back Porch a short walk down the beach. We don't normally rent places twice but this condo is back on our list.

Beautiful condo

We have stayed in the Destin/Fort Walton area for over 10 years. This year for Spring Break I planned a last minute trip for my college daughter and myself. I took a chance on this condo because there were no reviews yet......so glad I did. The condo was recently renovated and it was beautiful. The 2 bathrooms were very nice since most condos with 1 bedroom/and hall bunks only have 1 bathroom. They spared no expense with the washer/dryer combo (while small to fit in the space) they were top of the line. The sliding barn door for the master bath was heavy enough to mute out any sound from the washer/dryer at night. The location of the condo is the 3rd floor and the opposite end of the complex from the pool, which gives you a quiet, peaceful view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and balcony. Overall, this condo is a hidden gem in a great location to be close to the hustle of Destin but on our own quiet stretch of beach.

My suggestion to make the place more pleasing is paint the outside and add a few umbrellas in the pool area. Those items have not changed in at least 10+ years. The unit was in impeccable condition. The view was perfect. One of the key requirement for me was Walk in Shower, so this place provided 1 walk in shower and another bathroom with tub. The only complain i had was lack of Vacuum cleaner in room which is require but the mgt folks game a vacuum cleaner for duration of stay. I will return here again

The bed was very comfortable, as were the kids' bunk beds. The view was breathtaking. The property is very well kept with friendly and helpful staff. I love that the beach was private and safe for kids to explore without worry of broken glass in the sand. The umbrella service was excellent, John took the best care of us. We rented three total units, John was kind enough to place our umbrellas so that we could enjoy not only the beach, but the company of our other family members. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The office staff called to check on us when traffic made us later than we expected. They made arrangements for us to be able to get our key if the office closed before we got there. We arrived with 5 minutes to spare. The beach attendant was friendly and helpful. We really like that the building is only 3 floors and I think only 47 units. The beach wasn't crowded like some others we walked past that had 3 - 4 rows of chairs on top of each other. We never used the elevator as the stairs to the 3rd floor weren't a problem.

Unit 302 is just as described, a beautiful condo, super clean, updated, great mattress, kids loved chargers by their beds. The view is perfect, and loved being on top floor with vaulted ceilings and gorgeous views. Our family stayed in a few other condos and we had the best time. Umbrellas and chairs were up for us, we grilled outside, went out to eat, drive to Seaside, did the amusement area across the street. I’m ready to go back. Highly recommend.
