'I don't vrbo much but this was just a few blocks from Coors Field and at least a third less than a nearby hotel without the expensive valet parking. The host communication was stellar and very helpful. As long as you don't mind a few stairs it's a great unique place to stay.'

'This was a very cute accommodation that was clean and cozy upon arrival. The AC unit worked great, the location is great, and the beds are comfortable. The street noise could be bothersome for light sleepers but the owners have graciously provided fans and sound machines to counter it. The owners provided great directions on how to get to the unit and where to park. Great communication.We would definitely stay here again due to the great proximity to restaurants and activities.'

'This place was spotlessly clean and very convenient for a concert at Red Rocks. Beds were super comfy and plenty of towels provided. Check in was a breeze with the lock box on the front door, Communication with the host was great! We would definitely stay here again in the future.'

'Great host. I enjoyed my stay. On first night they did not have towels here. Also itDoesn’t have a lot of things you need for a stay. They had a very nice tv but I was here for Stanley cup games. I had to purchase a way to watch the games on tv because they had no way to watch anything on the tv. The AC unit blew air but not ice cold air. Over all I was very happy with my stay'

'Great place to stop while traveling west. Very easy to find and return to I70. We enjoyed the Old Downtown Arvada for dinner and breakfast ( though the kitchen was very well stocked if wanted to use)'
