'There are two things people might want to know before booking this place:- First, the entrance is through the bathroom. That wasn't a big deal since I ended up staying by myself, but I was originally going to stay with a friend-of-a-friend attending the same event as me, which could've been awkward since we might have been coming and going at different times- There's currently a house being built right behind this, so that means construction noise, but that is presumably only temporary.Overall...

'This house was perfect for us! We attended 2 nights at the Cervantes Ballroom and were able to walk to and from venue which was a bonus. Felt safe in the neighborhood, there was plenty of free street parking in front of home. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.'

I book through expedia, but hotel said they didn't get money. I contact customer support many times; they asked me to talk to hotel, hotel asked me to talk with whoever I book the hotel. It's so bad. 3. There is a service charge and host charge. I have no idea what's that.'

'Overall, a very comfortable and cozy place. For the location, price, and space available at this place, it was very well worth it. Street parking only is kinda annoying, but we didn't have a ton of trouble finding a spot. Great location with plenty of things to do within walking distance, so we chose not to try to find parking super late in the evening.
