'This place was perfect for our group of 10 guys. The rooms were all really nice and spacious, very clean, and with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, the downstairs game and theatre room was awesome for hanging out and watching sports, and the hot tub was the nicest I’ve seen at a rental. The host was also very responsive. Would for sure stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in this part of Denver.'

'This house was perfect for us! We attended 2 nights at the Cervantes Ballroom and were able to walk to and from venue which was a bonus. Felt safe in the neighborhood, there was plenty of free street parking in front of home. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.'

'When we arrived on 5/29 place was Hella sketch. Felt very unsafe. Then for the weekend events they cleaned house. But upon arrival we considered leaving. Staff was very friendly'

'The hot tub wasnt in service, the breakfast made it seem it was made to order up to 2 guests but it was already pre made burritos or sandwich but you could do a made to order option for extra which was not specific in the description. You can only get room service for cleaning if you stay more than 7 nights and it costs extra if you stay less than 7 nights. It was very dusty in the room and the air kicking on and off was very loud. Our room got cleaned 2 hours before check out and we didnt even...
