The Space:
The home is entirely yours and very private. The home is cooled through two window AC units that keep the bedrooms extremely cold but also cool down the rest of the home. There are wood floors throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, 65 inch TV with apps for guest access. Fast WIFI throughout the house. Private washer and dryer as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire house and property to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
Regis Neighborhood is a charming, historic neighborhood that is located just northwest of downtown Denver. The neighborhood offers local eats and shops both and a quick walk to Tennyson street gives you all local Denver has to offer. Regis is situated on a hill and gives you beautiful mountain views. The neighborhood is also ideally located for those going up to the mountains or to Boulder.

Getting Around:
There are multiple bus lines located close to the property that will take you anywhere close to Downtown or North to Boulder and surrounding areas. There are also multiple light trail locations that allow for faster access to South Denver and Old Town Arvada.

Other Things to Note:
This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
