Come stay and play in one of the few homes in Red Rocks park. This newly remodeled home has exterior stone quarried from across the ridge, views galore, old world vibes and pilates studio access (additional charge). Situated a mile from Red Rocks amphitheatre (20 min walk), 2 mi. from adorable Morrison, 6 mi. from Golden and conveniently located off of I-70. The perfect location for a concert stay, ski vacation or quiet retreat in nature (not partying).
This home is split into two rentals each with separate locked entries but share a mudroom and front patio overlooking the foothills. This studio unit has a kitchenette, private bath with shower and queen bed. If you are looking for more space (up to 4 guests there is a separate listing for the whole house).
Please enjoy this gorgeous and convenient location. Be alert! You will see deer, rabbits, snakes and more... We are onsite often as I teach pilates in the basement (open to private sessions on reformer). We are currently under construction on a new home onsite for our family adjacent to the Casa.
