'I can't really recommend Room 20. Squeaky stairs next to the room wakes you up every time someone passes. The shower is either very hot or boiling..it was impossible to adjust and not possible to reach anyone to ask how to adjust if possible at all.'

'Highly recommend to stay at Cromwell’s Tap House. It’s located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. 'I enjoyed my stay at The Greenland's Inn, the room was very clean and the staff were so lovely. I didn't eat or drink at the bar because of how late I was working so I cannot comment on that. However there is a local area for shopping with places like Sainsburys and M&S, as well as local food spots too (which are really affordable). 'From our arrival to our departure we were made to feel very welcome, we had a lovely night's stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful and greeted us warmly. The food was exceptional, we had an evening meal and breakfast with timely service and attention to detail. We thought the whole experience of our stay was great and nothing was too much trouble.
