'Very neat and quite rooms'

'We absolutely loved our stay! The kids especially loved the pool! 😊 One suggestion would be to add an undercover area to the verandah for protection from all weather conditions. We experienced heavy rain during our stay, and unfortunately, the rain came through the door. We understand the whole area is currently undergoing renovations and landscaping, and we look forward to coming back again once everything is completed! Overall, we had a lovely stay and can’t wait to return!'

'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'

'Great location and central. Across from beach. Issues with moths they were everywhere and cockroach in our bathroom. Some of the light switches and power points didn’t work in our room. But the room looked to be recently renovated, service was great. Pool wasn’t really heated as indicated and didn’t like location of sauna inside woman’s bathroom nor that they were separate to men’s. 'Unit was clean, warmed on arrival. Large fluffy bath towels. Quiet, just the atmosphere we craved'

'A nice place to stay, clean and good surroundings. Since, we went during moth plaque, one or two made it inside. Value for money and few walks to two beaches nearby. Saw few kangaroos in the surroundings. Parking is infront or on the sides of the building.'
