He was so patient and our big group tried to decide about dinner reservations and help to make our requests happen. our room was kept very clean and all staff were kind and helpful. Al tener Gold, nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos reservado y una entrada más temprano, pero creo que depende más de la disponibilidad (no parecía haber demasiada gente en el hotel. Habitación limpia, con aire acondicionado. La comida muy buena, variedad, tiene restaurantes para cena y de variedad. Bebidas llegan a la alberca o a la playa, excelentes meseros. El masaje en el Spa fue lo más recomendable, estuvo estupendo. Ya quiero regresar pronto. '
